Step One - Send a brief abstract to and tell us about the material you would like to submit. Do not send attachments yet (please wait until instructed to do so after the abstract has been reviewed).
Step Two - If your idea sounds appropriate for the website, you will then be asked to email your material for final consideration (see email guidelines below).
Step Three - If your material is approved for publication, please complete the "Website Material Submission Agreement" (PDF-12kb)* and mail it to the address listed on the bottom of the form. Sorry, faxes cannot be accepted at this time.
Step Four - After the signed Material Submission Agreement is received, you will be notified by email when your material will be published on the website.

Do not send any email attachments until instructed to do so.
Any unexpected attachments will be deleted and will not be opened.
Written submissions must be in PDF, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or Excel format. Any photographs or illustrations must be submitted in JPEG, PSD, or GIF format. No other types of files will be accepted.
Submission is strictly voluntary and no financial compensation will be given, but you will retain your copyright and will receive full credit for your submission. You may also have your email address listed along with your submission so that school nurses can contact you if they have any questions or comments. No plagiarized or copyright protected work will be accepted. Please remove all identifying student and/or school district information from work prior to submission. School-Nursing.org reserves the right to refuse to publish any material submitted.
